不得不介紹的一間高質泰國菜,食完保證驚喜萬分。泰式生蝦刺身 (HK$128)每次食泰國野必點系列,生蝦一碟六大隻,厚肉爽口,鮮味十足。生蝦必須要配上蒜片辣椒及酸辣汁,口感豐富味道出眾。泰式燒盲曹 (HK$178)以粗鹽烤焗的盲曹,魚身肥美飽滿,外焦內嫩。師傅很貼心的將魚皮切開,所以一揭開便可進食。基本上盲曹魚骨不多,啖啖肉,魚肉細嫩幼滑,配上店家的酸辣汁,令人食不停口。泰翅 (HK$99) 一小鍋的泰式魚翅湯,熱辣辣,加上泰國胡椒粉,小葱芫茜,生芽菜,泰式辣醬,將中式食品卻配上泰式風味。泰式鮮蝦金邊粉 (HK$98)炒金邊粉乾身有獲氣,酸酸甜甜很開胃。鮮蝦食落爽口又彈牙。食泰國菜當然要飲返支泰國啤酒啦,美味食物配上一杯冰凍啤酒,這就是人生。
