To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我諗作為一個香港人無理由唔識添好運,不過聽左咁耐,其實我都係第一次坐低食.之前都係朋友比我試完個叉燒包,我先會係公司附近買叉燒包拎走食.無奈真係太多人等.老公提議不如去試下,平時我最討厭就係飲茶.我都好快答老公對於我呢個反應佢都話好驚喜 . 其實係因為我掛住個叉燒包先想去平日既11點幾去到 都有人等.不過係極少數.我地等左大約2分鐘就有.原來個MENU都幾少野食. 茶錢$3位 , 點心都係十幾廿蚊我當然第一時間要呢個 雪山叉燒包啦. 果然無令我失望.堂食係更加好味!!平時我係唔食叉燒包嫁!我只係食呢度既雪山叉燒包嫁咋!豬潤腸粉,我地2個都未試過食豬潤做料既腸粉,所以就一於試下.個皮係薄同滑既!又唔會薄到一夾就穿不過我就馬馬地呢個豬潤既配搭.蝦餃 無話特別好味,不過就唔會好似出面D酒樓咁蒸到個皮爛哂煎蘿蔔糕,唔多料,夾落去會散開.所以呢個係最一般流沙奶皇煎堆 飽到上心口 老公都話要試. 奶皇係咸咸地果隻,唔係吉士,煎堆炸得幾好,係新鮮既!

豬潤腸粉,我地2個都未試過食豬潤做料既腸粉,所以就一於試下.個皮係薄同滑既!又唔會薄到一夾就穿
