Restaurant: Poke Go (大南街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中午經過大南街,被一個彩色霓虹招牌吸引,發現咗一間新餐廳,門口放咗好多唔同植物,感覺同深水埗以往餐廳好唔同,決定入去試下。餐廳用左好多夏威夷元素去做裝飾,例如椰子樹、ukulele、海洋生物等。餐牌就以吞拿魚、三文魚、八爪魚肉混合醬、配菜同壽司飯為主。我簡左個叫ONO既飯,由三文魚、青瓜、日式蛋絲、芝麻、壽司飯組合而成,另外叫左杯冷壓橙汁。飯外型非常吸引,食第一啖好香芝麻味,醬同三文魚既鮮味都配合得好好,因為有青瓜食落都好清爽同每一啖飯口感好豐富,蛋絲同飯都非常夾令人一直想食落去。歎住橙汁望住個環境真係有種係綠洲既感覺!
