To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 親戚推薦呢間米芝蓮餐廳，就決定試下，星期日可以即刻book 到枱，都幾方便。但嘢食就。。。。價錢貴，碟細，味道普通，點心就去返其他酒樓會較好。不過，如果你都黎度，就一定要食巨型柚子撻。柚子醬同蛋撻原來都幾夾，熱辣辣上枱再加流心餡，加分 (想食就一去好叫定，因為佢好快賣唒，我地想叫兩個，點知上一個，因為賣唒冇貨了）叫得鴨大哥，食鴨都還可以嘅，片皮鴨都不過不失，最窩心有個熱盤保持啲皮唔好凍，都可以加分。啲餐具都特別，裝修時尚，所以一入黎都對嘢食多啲期望。(但現實就。。。應該冇下次）
