To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 浸會做完物理治療已是傍晚,同家人一起兜轉離開的時候打算晚餐。浸大側門一邊有個小商場,裡面好多學生的飯堂或者係醫院員工聚餐地方,出入見到好多醫務人員。相信應該學生地方物美價廉,果然黎到一處眼望到裝修別雅的茶餐廳。探熱,就坐,剛剛有卡位,而且有個膠布廉隔住,十分有安全感。帶位的服務員姐姐熱情有禮介紹晚市有咩特餐,三文治早餐系列就不提供。入座之後係一個類似手機點單的紙擺在檯面,傳統的家人依然是睇餐牌。因為母親大人中意西餐。因此就佢在這間餐廳叫左扒。鐵板美式什扒,黑椒汁另上。一擺上台,相機食先係道理,但呢個賣相太吸引。大大份下豬扒,伴住少少肥肉咬落去還不是豬五花味道?還有腸仔等等,豐富選擇,果然是母親的選擇。黑椒汁係濃郁稠密,淋少少已經滋滋在鐵板上響起來。黑椒汁裡面稠密,醬汁另上都是手機點單可以自己remark的認真細心。鐵板西冷牛扒,七成,蒜蓉汁另上其實如果鐵板上我應該叫五成,不過擔心母親接受不到血淋淋,所以今次的西冷是相對熟度足夠的。意粉都好大兜,我覺得呢兩個餐係三個人分量,大大份好滿足。蒜蓉醬汁另上有個好處,可以當霑醬咁試少少,不用全部倒曬。而且也可以試一試另一個黑椒汁不同味道,我同母親
