To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 浸會做完物理治療已是傍晚,同家人一起兜轉離開的時候打算晚餐。浸大側門一邊有個小商場,裡面好多學生的飯堂或者係醫院員工聚餐地方,出入見到好多醫務人員。相信應該學生地方物美價廉,果然黎到一處眼望到裝修別雅的茶餐廳。探熱,就坐,剛剛有卡位,而且有個膠布廉隔住,十分有安全感。帶位的服務員姐姐熱情有禮介紹晚市有咩特餐,三文治早餐系列就不提供。入座之後係一個類似手機點單的紙擺在檯面,傳統的家人依然是睇餐牌。因為母親大人中意西餐。因此就佢在這間餐廳叫左扒。鐵板美式什扒,黑椒汁另上。一擺上台,相機食先係道理,但呢個賣相太吸引。大大份下豬扒,伴住少少肥肉咬落去還不是豬五花味道?還有腸仔等等,豐富選擇,果然是母親的選擇。黑椒汁係濃郁稠密,淋少少已經滋滋在鐵板上響起來。黑椒汁裡面稠密,醬汁另上都是手機點單可以自己remark的認真細心。鐵板西冷牛扒,七成,蒜蓉汁另上其實如果鐵板上我應該叫五成,不過擔心母親接受不到血淋淋,所以今次的西冷是相對熟度足夠的。意粉都好大兜,我覺得呢兩個餐係三個人分量,大大份好滿足。蒜蓉醬汁另上有個好處,可以當霑醬咁試少少,不用全部倒曬。而且也可以試一試另一個黑椒汁不同味道,我同母親一起share。最後埋單人均150左右,同普通扒房差不多。但食得真係夠本呀。 continue reading

午餐在傳承五十載情…老牌子的金記冰室,冰室享用美食是傳統風格,為顧客作新派演譯。對的,冰室發展至今,以往沒有會想像到可以享用沙薑雞,舖面的沙薑有沙薑獨特的香味,配合嫩滑的雞肉,可口、滋味無窮,冰室是標榜「少鹽少糖食店」,所以不用擔心沙薑會太鹹,沙薑味道香而不鹹。招牌鮮牛肉米粉,炎夏最愛湯米粉,爽滑米粉清淡易入口,鮮牛肉有肉鮮味道。香脆炸薯條,除了為我們補充澱粉質,還有可美味口感!煎雙蛋&香脆多士,雞蛋雖細小,蛋黃却很有蛋香,我用薯條舔來吃,別具風味。充滿牛油香味的脆多士,特別好吃。熱騰騰的滑蛋白杏仁茶,慢慢的享受豐厚的滑蛋白、杏香四溢的杏仁茶,感到心滿意足。 continue reading

今天晚上路過九龍塘,便選擇了這一間冰室。欖菜肉鬆四季豆$75,加配白飯、餐湯、老火湯加$15,凍檸茶加$3。欖菜肉鬆四季豆,四季豆沒有炒燶,欖菜份量適中,配合肉碎,是一道不錯的小菜。凍檸茶,檸檬份量十足,茶味香濃,甜度配合得很好。家鄉鹽焗雞例牌$65,加配白飯、餐湯、老火湯加$15,凍鴛鴦加$3。家鄉鹽焗雞,砂礓的醬汁味道濃郁,而不會過鹹,是佐飯的一道好少菜。凍鴛鴦,奶、茶和咖啡的比例剛好,甜度亦適中。金牌乾炒牛河$58,鑊氣十足,熱騰騰的蒸氣在河粉散發出來,如果牛肉可以在軟腍一些,而醬油的鮮味,再強一些就更好。雪糕紅豆冰跟餐$15,紅豆軟腍,不會過甜,混合返奶和雪糕之後,喝進中,感覺回到兒時的味道,果然是一間正宗的冰室。 continue reading

今晚同囝囝去浸會醫院,心情已經納悶兼且不安,囝要留院撿查,無計走人。兩公婆諗住求其食啲嘢,返屋企休息明早再來,見到間金記,入去快食快走....一入去,自助點餐, 面色一沉...大人有選擇因難症,左㩒右㩒....㩒㩒㩒,終於可以確認order...豬潤X,Go... 㩒制確認。妖~賣哂唔X早講,再 loop.....下刪一百字,再來西冷,㩒~~再妖,又無,最終叫咗個薄牛扒同薯仔抆雞。入正題~~薄牛扒 =大家樂, 冇期望就冇問題。,haha等咗近三十分鐘,心諗即抆?等咁Q耐, 對我咁好....感恩。嚟到真係即制, 熱辣辣香噴噴一入囗😳-薯仔,硬趙趙 😒,啲雞~~ 碎濕濕😡,仲要...佢地叫走油定拖過油,頂佢。再睇下佢顏色!自作孽抵死貪近,仲要埋單先發現加錢碟菜冇嚟,用電子消費好難扣,乖乖比現金買教訓走人。其實做飲食,百家食百客,好難滿足所有人,我見自助點餐系統,我會試,但無貨你唔提客人,就係服務唔貼心同明顯你地無試清楚運作就推出市場。味道,我一向唔多評論,咩價錢食咩貨我好理解。每個人囗味唔同, 隨著年齡增長,味覺退化,唔夠味咪自己加豉油糖鹽,好閒事,但廚師都要有對食物食材同出品要有堅持,盡管只有5~10%客食得出,都要做好佢,呢個係對自己負責嘅態度要有要求,細至炒蛋大至蒸魚做扒,都要喺每一個細節上面做好。你係一間有五十年歷史嘅食肆,唔好浪費上幾代人心血。 continue reading

約左朋友仔去九龍超附近見面,傾完野搵個地方食下午茶! 見到附近有間懷舊冰室門口都有人排,天氣勁熱即時入去! 入到去見個地方充滿古典氣派,吊風扇,打開餐牌都係茶記經典食品!叫左碗麻辣雞絲米粉, 加錢配個油菜!上枱時眼睛一閃,油菜同汁分開上好細心! 雞絲米粉好嫩滑,又大片朋友氣叫左炸豬扒沙律,豬扒大大塊,炸得香口鬆脆,仲有汁唔會乾争爭! 一人一杯凍飲,叫左杯特飲四季檸檬泡凍茶,又幾特別,清淡淡茶味又酸味味,夏天飲一流。傾傾下再encore叫埋個粒粒西多配雪糕,夏天真係一流 continue reading
