今晩係舅父生日飯,一行十人,budget 每人$250 叫老闆發辦叫餸。龍如最正係酥炸蠔同紅燒斑頭腩!送嘅豆腐魚湯,好香豆腐味,魚湯好清甜。豉椒炒蜆豉椒好惹味,不過好多蜆肉都甩晒殼,可能唔係太新鮮。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝扇貝都幾大粒,有蒜蓉粉絲同豉油好味。酥炸生蠔必叫!!超大隻生蠔,蠔味濃又多汁,酥炸好鬆脆。紅燒斑頭腩一魚兩食嘅份量真係唔係好夠喉,即encore。沾上薄薄的炸粉炸完之後打個茨汁,簡直係龍如嘅招牌菜,咁多年都保持到水準。炒斑球起晒骨,啖啖肉,好鮮味。豉油皇大蝦蝦好乾身,豉油皇好好味,不過蝦嘅肉質唔係太彈牙。薑蔥炒蟹好有獲氣,蟹肉鮮甜。臨走仲送蝦羔同蠔油,又食又拎。
