假期出去行下,今次去咗鯉魚門食海鮮,鯉魚門係一條好有特色嘅海鮮街,沿途行嘅時候兩旁好多海鮮店同特產店,買咗啲手信返屋企,跟住去咗南大門!呢間餐廳風景一流,全落地大玻璃窗,對正過大海。海鮮要出界外嘅小店自己選購,買入嚟再看心意叫餐廳加工煮。加工費每位$110,都唔算貴,最緊要係煮得幾好食,鹽焗奄仔蟹唔會太鹹蓋過海鮮嘅鮮味。另外個上湯浸豆苗雖然貴左少少,但係分量十足,浸湯嘅蒜子都好好味!蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,同蒸海斑,火候整得剛剛好,唔會太熟,肉質嫩滑!
