周末約左朋友到鯉魚門南大門食晚餐.店員招呼很好, 又推介坐17號枱, 睇到維多利亞港無敵大海景, 好有氣氛!之後出去買海鮮, 買左蜆, 龍蝦,石斑, 帶子, 加左幾樣小菜. 好豐富!樣樣都烹煮得好好味, 回味無窮. continue reading

疫情稍為減輕,幾位朋友約聚已等了好耐,大家都想去郊區希望沒那麽多人。早前朋友介紹去鯉魚門南大門,已訂好座位,5:30到達酒家,天氣很好,好好彩如朋友推介果然見到咸蛋黃跌落水醉人美景。在酒家旁買好海鮮後著酒家煮法。打開酒簿叫了一瓶紅酒,好喜歡這店的小食漏油皮蛋夾紫羗,一口皮疍一口紅酒,皮蛋与紅酒在口中渾和是絕配。飲下飲下一道白灼墨魚先上枱,墨魚肉身味道不濃,白灼是食其鮮味,配銀芽蔥絲魚鮮与菜菁好合味,生熟道剛好。第二道上臺是上湯中蝦煎米粉底,好喜歡煎米粉,先夾索了上湯的米粉仍香脆不油膩,上湯附在蝦身味道調得不錯。再來了個砵酒蠔沙煲上,經理特別推介,味道做得非常香口,我對帶甜味菜一向麻麻,但也食了兩隻,其餘還有蒜茸蒸鮮貝和蒸石班也有水準。這店的油料加工費尚算清晰,一張收費表列哂,我們不是坐窗邊每位收110元,四人包煮四個海鮮,多出一味加$100共$540, 其他費用也列得清楚,服務不過不失,味道超出預期好,大家都滿意這頓晚餐,朋沒介紹錯。 continue reading

今晚與家人往鲤鱼門的南大門酒家吃晚飯,被安排坐在5号枱.之前往街市買咗南澳州龍蝦,黄皮老虎班,蟶子,南非鲜鲍,濑尿蝦及花蝦,叧外買了泥鯭,九蝦仔,花蟹做粥料来酒家加工.酒家装修雅緻,面向無敵大海景,先飽覽日落餘暉美景,已令人陶醉不已!食物有序地ㄧ道ㄧ道上来,熱氣騰騰,厨師的厨藝ㄧ流,将交来的海鲜煮到色香味俱全,令我地大飽口腹,感覺到好幸福及食得好開心!叧外,酒家的经理及服務员,招呼週到,不停地换碟,加熱水,又常詢問我地的意见,非常细心,很難得㗎!最後還送南瓜露(甜品)给我地食添,南瓜露不太甜但足料,好味!酒家的加工收费好合理,比起其他地方的加工费我覺得更便宜D添!今晚我同朋友都食得好滿意!下次必会再来,並会介绍D朋友来試吓! continue reading

因疫情未能出外旅行,所以復活節都要留港搵節目,2號一行4人,去咗鯉魚門的打咭熱點石礦埸打咭映相,由一行入鯉魚門的海鮮街,以經見到各式各樣的生猛海鮮,簡直是眼花撩亂,映相映到二點多鐘開始有啲肚餓,所以回程搵嘢食,途中經過一間南大門的酒家,見都有十檯八檯,而其他酒家相對比較冷清,所以決定一試,在付近的海鮮檔買了龍蝦,大海班,蟶子皇及奄仔蟹,龍蝦上湯焗煎米粉底,豉椒炒蟶子皇,油焗奄仔蟹,大海班完本想清蒸的但經理話條魚有二斤幾,建意我們可以試吓做二食,西蘭花炒球,紅炆班頭腩,西蘭花炒球只需須加$50.就可以連菜都唔駛叫,菜式煮得很有水準,全完全可以發揮到海鮮本身應有的鮮味,食到大家都好滿足,真是冇心插柳的情況下,可以食到滿意的一餐. continue reading

今天一家人去了南大門光顧,先被開陽的海景吸引。因為時間尚早,客人很少,基本是包場吃午飯,空間感相當大。接著去附近海鮮店挑海鮮,點了紅燒鮑魚、豉椒炒蟶子,蒸扇貝及一魚兩味,另加海鮮鋪送了椒鹽鮮魷。這酒家的調味恰到好處,夠味之餘亦保留海鮮的鮮味和口感,廚師功架十足!家人當中有素食者,餐館亦有多款素菜提供。飯後餐館送上精美生果盤,滿足的半天。 continue reading
