短期內應該不能離港旅遊,但又想食日本菜,於是去了令和居酒屋。來居酒屋的好處是什麼種類的食物都有,我們點了生蠔、刺身、串燒、石板燒等。清酒廣島生蠔 - 店員介紹把生蠔放入清酒浸一分鐘,然酌後連清酒一飲而下,生蠔飽滿,加上清酒的香醇,很有特色。四色刺身盤 - 有三文魚、油甘魚、吞拿魚及石蝦,新鮮鮮味,魚生厚身,石蝦亦大隻彈牙,絕不欺場。燒蘆筍 - 蘆筍清甜多汁,而且沒半點渣。串燒還有日式燒青椒仔最後還點了這裡出名的石板燒,海鮮盛宴有虎蝦、北寄貝、廣島蠔、帆立貝和魷魚,端出來時已食指大動。店員熟練地把海鮮放在石板上燒,不消一會已經煮好,簡單的以牛油蒜茸調味已經很惹味。另外加$20可追加蟹膏飯、野菜沙律及味噌湯,又抵又豐富。居酒屋氣氛熱鬧,怎少得了小酌一番,這裡有清酒、啤酒及梅酒任飲優惠,可與朋友暢飲談天,過足癮。
