香港鐵板燒餐廳都算唔少,但呢間成日見到啲明星去食,特登趁 long weekend去咗試吓裝修主要係水泥灰同木色幾有格調,落地大玻璃可以望街景,但當然鐵板上嘅熊熊烈火更好睇 🔥 揀咗三日月極上一人前鐵板餐 $998,套餐好豐富包咗10樣嘢唔算貴1️⃣前菜、沙律2️⃣極上刺身有三款,最愛黑魚子魷魚好鮮甜3️⃣生牡蠣係兵庫縣出產,本身都好肥美鮮甜,再加咗黑魚子增添風味4️⃣鮮活南非鮑魚用咗昆布同海帶再加白蜆汁,將鮑魚嘅鮮味發揮得淋漓盡致5️⃣茶碗蒸細細碗好滑,底下仲有木耳絲爽爽的口感6️⃣海鮮揀咗大海老,原隻蝦勁大隻,見到師傅細心處理挑蝦腸剝殼再用蝦膏調味,難怪呢個主菜咁出色,個汁同蝦肉質地都無可挑剔7️⃣肉品揀咗鹿兒島黑豚,係豬肩肉部位8️⃣鐵板炒飯超特別用咗自家製梅醬去炒,酸酸地冇咁滯,食到一半店員會呈上鰹魚湯做湯飯更加鮮甜9️⃣味噌湯🔟甜品係紅豆雪糕細細球但甜甜地做個結尾已好滿足
