To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日喺銅鑼灣吃咗一餐印尼海鮮餐,好特别呢。通常喺香港去印尼餐廳都會吃吓巴東牛肉,加多加多,沙嗲豬,雞,牛,但今日我同朋友就吃咗魚,蝦同埋魷魚。首先係『印尼秘製汁燒魷魚』,唔係太大隻魷魚燒得來又keep到juice都幾難得,仲配埋個好味醬汁,幾咁好。而今日唔要串燒豬,雞,牛,而試吓『串燒虎蝦沙嗲』,好大隻,彈牙,微焦表皮,正吖,而呢度仲有串燒牛丸,豆卜,蘑菇,下次先來試。主菜係『黄薑炸原條魚雜錦飯』,够晒大堆頭,好長,好大一條炸魚,絕對係印尼特色,而雜錦就有黄豆餅,炸豆腐,茄瓜,青瓜,蕃茄和由蕃茄及多種香料組成嘅特製醬汁,佢係呢個飯嘅靈魂,好好食吖。珍多冰亦好飲
