To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 碼頭出來右轉,隨便走走看到這家客人不少,以為應該是還好,怎麼知道還是踩了地雷😂點了三餸海鮮套餐400元,送白飯和一盤菜。選了白灼蝦、瀨尿蝦、蟶子。白灼蝦的蝦肉軟軟的,沒有彈性,沾的醤油也沒有味道。瀬尿蝦的肉質也是軟而無味。蟶子算是比較新鮮的,可惜蒜蓉和醬油的味道完全是分開的🤣🤣🤣看到隔壁桌點大熱狗和普通米、飯。也許點那些比較安全吧!反而我是失望了...兩個小時後逛到碼頭左邊的潮發,138有兩個海鮮和送一個菜,等等再寫食評比較一下,哈哈😄
