To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點心十分有驚喜，蝦餃，燒賣牛肉，同流心包都特別好味，椒鹽九肚魚好香口，魚湯味道十分出色，去飲下茶食吓點心都幾好，啲點心質素比出邊啲酒樓好好多，好多出邊食唔到嘅傳統點心，估唔到喺呢度都搵到，真係要讚

去到長洲唔小得梗係去食海鮮去左咁多年，去係到一落船左手邊個一堆海鮮檔，今次想試下新去左右手邊個堆望下，行過見到間叫「金興餐廳」入面有2枱客都食緊海鮮所以我就揀左啲間試下海鮮套餐，都係按款式計算我地叫左個3款海鮮餐 再加2個餸椒鹽賴尿蝦、蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝、薑蔥炒蟹黃金鮮魷、涼瓜炆魚送例湯 + 一人一碗白飯起菜後有驚喜，分量都唔細喎😌食落味道都唔錯，每樣都煮得好好，調味料既份量唔會cover曬海鮮既原有鮮味！ 唔錯！ 唔錯！

興高采烈入到飯店.叫了海鮮餐.和一些散餸.清蒸鮑魚吹了2次单45分鐘才到.蒸到好似皺皮咁.都算啦.飲品可乐標價8元.叫了4支.每支收費22元.只飲可樂就收了88元.小心佢價錢.費事打死狗講價

去長洲一天遊！大約6：00左右！打算吃完晚餐才回去坐船出中環！隨便去了一間！金興餐廳😒點咗個套餐海鮮做得時間過長！海鮮一般！鮑魚過熟！等的時間超耐！叫咗4瓶支裝可樂！牆壁水牌寫可樂$8！埋單收$22 一支！餐牌冇價錢！佢話套餐要正常價收費$22！但餐牌沒有寫價錢🤔各位請注意！服務態度差！去長洲玩盡量不要去這間！沒有標名價錢！後來退回9元！態度差叫我哋問可樂公司！這種店真係仲可以生存到今天！請勿入這種店等佢檢討下！是否可以這樣做生意🤔唔知有冇人試過這個情況！

星期日朋友喺九龍入長洲，想食海鮮，於是自己買了海鮮千幾蚊。有蟹、蝦、魚、聖子和鮑魚，攞去金興餐廳叫佢哋煮，收咗500多元。味道還可以，有機會大家去長洲都可以自己買海鮮叫餐廳煮嘅。加多幾個金興餐廳嘅小菜，好似金銀蛋菠菜，鹹蛋黃炒苦瓜。
