🇯🇵食餐正宗日本野,當自己去咗日本staycation都唔錯😄一睇到大大個海鮮魚缸,就知呢度嘅海產夠新鮮😍蕃茄沙律~日本蕃茄係唔同啲,特別香甜多汁,顏色pink pink,配上日式胡麻汁,食落凍冰冰又清爽南瀛卷~整個卷物佈滿魚子,上面大大隻甜蝦喺上面,非常之吸睛雜錦天婦羅盛盒w天婦羅即叫即整,雜錦嘅材料有大蝦、紫薯、南瓜、炸魚、甘薯,外脆,而且唔會太厚粉,配上有蘿蔔蓉嘅天婦羅汁,即刻感覺唔熱氣😊Xseason fish~今轉係鹽燒青鰽魚,個皮燒到脆卜卜 怖滿鹽粒,肉質嫩滑,加點檸檬汁落去,更開胃添!牛肉烏冬~好欣賞個稻庭烏冬,係屬於比較扁身嘅麵條,牛肉烚得啱啱好,配上鰹魚醬油湯底,更鮮美嫩滑。

~今轉係鹽燒青鰽魚,個皮燒到脆卜卜 怖滿鹽粒,肉質嫩滑,加點檸檬汁落去,更開胃添!

牛肉烏冬
~好欣賞個稻庭烏冬,係屬於比較扁身嘅麵條,牛肉烚得啱啱好,配上鰹魚醬油湯底,更鮮美嫩滑。
