Starting the long weekend right with dimsum😍 Decent quality overall with my favourite being the Siu Mai (燒賣)! Personally, I like siu mai made of prawn rather than pork, so this was right up my alley! Their taro puffs with scallops (酥炸芋茸帶子盒)were well-executed as well, crispy and fluffy without feeling overly oily, they were also the perfect petite size!We also ordered:🥢crab, prawn & spinach dumplings(蟹肉鮮蝦菜苗餃): and yes, there were actually a few strands of crab meat in there!🥢char siu bao (叉燒包): t

🥢prawn spring roll (蒜茸鮮蝦春捲): super crispy and very generous prawn filling, though they did go a little overboard with the seasoning.

🥢lava custard bun (流沙奶皇包): wouldn’t exactly name it lava crust add bun as the custard was quite firm and not runny at all, still, it was a nice sweet treat😂
We went early to secure window seats as well and it was nice to have the sunlight beaming through as you eat. It could get a little too sunny and warm though🙈
