To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我最近在尖沙咀的 Chatterbox 餐廳品嚐到地道的新加坡美食,印象十分深刻。首先點了招牌的文華海南雞髀飯,雞髀肉質鮮嫩多汁,搭配著香滑濃郁的海南雞油飯,實在是百吃不厭。甜品方面,我們點了斑蘭蛋糕配椰子雪糕,蛋糕香濃綿密,配上清香醇厚的椰子雪糕,簡直是絕配。另外還有香脆可口的魚餅和鹹蛋黃雞翼,別具特色。整體來說,Chatterbox 的新加坡菜式味道地道,菜式選擇也很豐富。服務親切周到,環境舒適,是尋找新加坡風味的不錯之選。下次有機會再去品嘗其他的特色菜餚。
