To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 繼續生日飯系列。今次分享是到前米芝蓮一星的「南海一號」,阿 Sir 請食飯 。 「南海一號」之前已吃過數次,它的名稱是用宋代被譽為「海上敦煌」,在海上絲綢之路運送瓷器的船而命名,而家使唔使改名做「一帶一路」?! 本身餐廳已居高臨下,在 30樓。今次我們再上一層,叫做「優粵閣 Elite Dining」,屬私隱度較高,有 VIP房的樓層,中午價錢就與 30樓一樣。 雖然它標明是粵菜,中午還是有不同中國派系的小菜。今次一行三人,點了四位用商務餐,$720 +10% 全包,飽到叔叔不行了! 附送的小食 - 龍蝦片: 先來好意頭的「心花怒放」,素炒雜錦: 酥脆熱辣「脆皮蓬萊素鵝」,用來點喼汁吃,屬我的 all time favorite : 原盅「天麻燉魚頭湯」。呢排我年紀大無乜記性又頭痛,此湯補腦去頭風,啱我: 望落去甚真材實料,湯也清,我記憶中上次來喝例湯也相當不錯。 同事「味精探熱針」吃得出它又下了味精,我個人覺得是可接受的輕微程度。 「成都辣蝦球伴鮮脆腐竹」。蝦球爽彈大隻,有 BB仔拳頭這樣大,味似宮保,乾炸腐竹就可以用來沾汁吃: 「黑蒜炒牛肉」。黑
