今晚想搵間有情調嘅扒房鋸扒,就去咗中環蘭桂坊後面嘅la parrilla steakhouse。餐廳燈光昏暗,已經預備好晒聖誕嘅裝飾,再加上鮮花,蠟燭,吊扇,歐陸式嘅磚牆,都每餐廳好浪漫有氣氛。菜式預備中嘅時候,侍應奉上熱辣辣嘅麵包,麵包外脆內軟。Starter-烤焗波芙隆芝士($128):用鐵板上,可以保持住熱力,令芝士唔會咁快變硬。芝士有拉絲嘅效果。鹹香嘅芝士味配埋麵包食就啱啱好。Main-阿根廷一個月熟成草飼封門柳400g ($448):炭燒味非常香濃。熟成牛令牛味更重。封門柳雖然脂肪少,但係質感都係好軟熟,易切開。而且佢肉汁都好豐富。Main-慢烤八爪魚觸鬚($298):八爪魚觸鬚口感彈牙,唔會好韌。八爪魚本身有鮮味,簡單嘅調味已經足夠。Side dish-香蒜炸薯條($78):叫個炸薯條一路傾吓偈一路食吓,配酒岩曬美食,美酒再配咁浪漫嘅氣氛,又係幸福感滿滿嘅一餐。
