真係好想番鄉下啊🇯🇵 但係機票既價錢,加上鐵飯腳一句「有話同你去咩?」就減低左少少想去既意慾🥺 但想去旅行既心依然燒得旺盛🔥所以放假繼續尋找旅行感,今次黎到專門做浜燒料理既漁獲浜燒💁🏽‍♀️浜燒係將海鮮即捕即燒,雖然喺香港做唔到,但係呢度大部分既海鮮都係築地直送架,所以非常之新鮮😋➿ 燒喜知次($980)對香港人黎講,喜知次可能係較陌生既魚類,日本人會稱之海中紅寶石💎 住喺北海道深海既喜知次,原來一出海水就會即刻死😵 所以都經過幾多既處理工序~ 喜知次魚質之所以咁香滑,係因為當天氣凍,自身就會生產出油分,所以全身都會充滿脂肪😲初嚐喜知次既我地,不得不讚嘆魚滋味🤭 (利申:鐵飯腳平時唔食魚架) 燒烤過既喜知次肉質鮮嫩,魚味香濃而毫無腥味,魚脂四溢,水分相比其他魚類多,五個字:真係好好味😋➿ 沖繩風沙律 ($138)配料相當豐富☺️ 有三文魚🍣 八爪魚🐙 帶子、油甘魚等等魚生,最緊要係有沖繩名物苦瓜同海葡萄🤩 苦瓜開半切薄片,略帶甘味~ 海葡萄口感好似咬緊蟹籽咁,而且原來營養價值極高,鈣質含量比一般牛奶的五倍之高,熱量又低,減緊肥都食得👍🏼➿ 鮑魚浜燒($88/隻)鮑魚好新鮮啊😆 浜燒前既鮑魚

鮑魚好新鮮啊😆 浜燒前既鮑魚仲掙扎緊咁郁~ 因為坐喺師傅浜燒既角落附近,所以見證住師傅好有耐性、花最多時間處理呢樣海鮮👍🏼 鮑魚經浜燒後,依然能夠保留肉汁,鮮味滿滿😋 肉質軟腍而帶口感,燒得岩岩好~

北寄貝刺身就食得多,熟既都係第一次~ 師傅加左少少清酒🍶同高湯去煮,北寄貝有酒香之餘,又好鮮甜,湯汁仍然保留到清酒既香氣☺️

師傅先用清酒🍶 同海帶煮一小鍋湯,再將浜燒過既響螺放入去,完全吸收哂清酒既精華,更顯鮮甜🥰 我地都照樣地唔放過d湯汁,覺得呢個既味道相對鹹香啲~

平貝應該係我人生中食過最大隻既帶子🙊 均勻切片既平貝同其他浜燒海鮮口感截然不同,軟冧而滑溜😋 師傅仲加左蒜蓉 🧄 牛油🧈 去燒,多左份惹味~
