今晚去咗逸園中心一間浜燒店食飯。套餐有三款,我揀咗premium。🔸刺身三點油甘魚厚切,味道甘甜;三文魚腩肥美;牡丹蝦口感軟糯。🔸浜燒黃金大虎蝦個樣有啲似芝士,其實面層係加咗蛋黃醬火炙過,虎蝦外邊燒至微焦,口感冇過熟又冇乾身,蛋黃醬份量剛好唔會多至蓋咗蝦味。🔸貴妃蚌、馬刀貝可以四揀二,我揀咗:✌🏻高湯清酒煮貴妃蚌,味道鹹甜中帶酒甘香味;✌🏻馬刀貝口感彈牙,味道微鹹鮮;🔸西京比目魚可以二揀一,我揀咗:比目魚油分豐富,味道甜美。🔸發塔紙白蜆湯湯夠熱噴曬煙,白蜆和 昆布粉量都幾好,而蜆肉味道較淡。🔸海鮮雜炊店員話要煮20分鐘,仲要煮到啲飯爆開。煮到飯有綿綿樣,最後加入蔥和蛋就完成。雜炊勁豐富,有八瓜魚、蝦、蜆肉,味道鹹香,飯的口感軟腍掛汁。🔸甜品可以揀窩夫或雪芭,我揀咗:藍莓芝士窩夫,芝士味唔係好濃,窩夫餅有焦咗的味,入口時有焦燶味,唔燒會好啲。
