To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係一間排哂長龍嘅日本魚生店,訂左位都等左十幾分鐘先可以入座。店舖有地下同樓上兩層,的的色色好有日本地道小店風味。刺身拼盤質素同份量都好豐富,七個人分享都夠食。牡丹蝦又大又新鮮,仲好黏牙。壽司同軍艦都好推介,特別是蟹膏軍艦都有幾款,一次過試哂唔同濃度同款式嘅蟹膏。基本上食物都高質味道好,蟹子沙拉,燒牛扒,sake煮蜆依d都基本得黎做得好好。特別想講下有個「雞腿骨腸仔」,真係有條雞腿骨喺入面架!好得意好新奇!唯獨係有幾款野食都賣哂,有小小失望同可惜。希望下次去到都食到想食嘅野啦!特別係荔枝煙肉卷!
