鋪位由裝橫黑紅色的韓國餐廳轉為光鮮明亮的泰國餐廳,確實耳目一新餐廳為半開放式設計,就是從圍欄外看到食客食物相當吸引,決定進內試試。內裡主要以淺啡色及藤物為主,帶出清幽及溫和泰國的一面,枱與枱之間有足夠空間與距離,坐得舒適自在餐牌過目後發現沒有晚市套餐,只有單點食物,我倆東張西望鄰枱餸菜,決定點了4款食物及2杯飲品品嚐一碟五隻冬蔭雞翼醃料十足,炸雞翼撈上醃料後質感濕潤,醃料酸辣香粉味帶蒜香,辣度屬中小辣,非常惹味!而且雞肉豐富嫩滑,嗒嗒肉好滿足近排天氣潮濕漸熱,總想點個輕形小吃。透明薄如紙的米紙包裹著蘿蔔青瓜絲、牛油果、沙律菜、軟殼蟹及芒果。紙米卷卷摺紮實,一口咬下也未曾鬆散,可以一次過品嚐到來瓜菜、炸物與果物爽脆的多重口感與層次,軟殼蟹炸至金黃色,還能保持脆身,大小剛好令較濃味的炸軟殼蟹不會覆蓋了新鮮瓜菜鮮味,而芒果為較淡味的米紙卷提升了不少清甜軟滑感呈上枱面時被那擺盆氣勢震驚,原來是一段段排骨堆砌而成的火山排骨,確實餸菜如其名。大概3-4段的排骨浸在透明酸鹹帶蒜味醬汁中,還灑上大量蔥花與芫茜碎。豬肉雖不算特別嫩滑,但肉質熬至軟腍鬆動如湯渣,加上骨質骨之間的軟骨與骨中的骨髓汁,既有口感

呈上枱面時被那擺盆氣勢震驚,原來是一段段排骨堆砌而成的火山排骨,確實餸菜如其名。大概3-4段的排骨浸在透明酸鹹帶蒜味醬汁中,還灑上大量蔥花與芫茜碎。豬肉雖不算特別嫩滑,但肉質熬至軟腍鬆動如湯渣,加上骨質骨之間的軟骨與骨中的骨髓汁,既有口感,味道又濃郁,餐廳提供之即棄手套十分方便我倆痛快地品嚐。排骨沒有經特別醃製,光浸於醬汁中已經十分夠味,酸酸鹹鹹惹味又開胃,不過有愈吃愈鹹的趨勢,配上飲品解去鹹意會更適合不過,而該蒜味更留於口腔揮之不去,名副其實齒頰留香

炒飯內包含大約3款蔬菜、炒蛋、洋蔥絲、辣椒粒及和牛。炒飯炒得非常有鑊氣!拍得住大排擋手勢,而且粒粒分明乾身,配上不同類型的蔬菜口感更爽口,和牛粒經醃製後牛鮮味雖不明顯,但尚算軟腍。炒飯淋上魚露酸汁後十分開胃醒神,減低炒飯油膩感

沙冰這解渴飲品在鹹酸食品中總不能缺少,椰奶配菠蘿確實第一次品嚐,主要為椰奶味帶菠蘿鮮甜,還浸透著少許椰絲香,有如一杯菠蘿味椰奶,味道新穎獨特

整體味道:
味道-整體食品味道濃郁,但鹹酸確實惹味開胃,適合配上飲品解味,該蒜香味更停留於口腔一整晚。食第份量亦不少,我倆也捧著肚子,帶著打包回家

服務-樓面人手不足,服務員忙碌四處奔走,但無阻點菜與上菜速度,仍可維持有禮招待

衛生-所有餐具潔淨乾爽,沒有半點食物殘渣及灰塵,亦沒有崩瓦情況。餐廳新開業不久,傢俱也完整乾淨。火山排骨更附上即棄手套,方便又衛生
