偶爾品嘗不同國家菜式是我一向喜愛的習慣,今天在K11 shopping 完見到有間食泰國菜餐廳;裝修唔錯充滿田園風味,亦有唔少食客,心想應該唔錯便放心幫襯。香芒果紅菜頭米纸卷  $78蔬果新鮮爽脆,味道清甜;配以香甜芒果非常開胃。整體顏色搶👀,打卞一流。泰式燒脆鱔   $108鱔片很厚肉,應本身是很大條。肉質結實,炭燒後煙煙靭靭油脂之豐富,甘香味美。泰式海蝦卜卜蜆炒金邊粉   $128虎蝦和青口各有兩隻,虎蝦非常彈牙。金邊粉是我最愛因它比較健康不肥膩,而且炒得乾身;配上花生碎和銀牙,口感層次提升不少。味道酸酸甜甜食時帶有煙韌感。芒果椰汁糯米希臘式乳芭菲   $78微暖的糯米和椰汁本身已很夾,上面舖上希臘式yogurt 和雪糕;再淋上芒果醬簡直是魔鬼的誘惑又豈能抗拒。手作花香班蘭葉蝶豆花茶   $52自家製紫色氮氣班蘭蝶豆花茶顏色特別,加上冰粒晶瑩通透,用來清新一下味蕾,係健康飲料。
