To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近去咗位於九龍創興廣場6樓嘅泰金鍋,試咗個新出嘅手切潮牛餐~價錢抵食,任食真係食到飽飽都唔使心痛。潮汕牛肉有幾個部位,包括吊龍、匙仁、黑柏葉同埋匙胸口朥,每一款肉質都非常新鮮,切得薄薄地,煮落去一啲都唔會老,肉味鮮美,搭配佢哋特製嘅醬汁,簡直係完美組合!而且大頭蝦真係正,仲可以去自己夾活蝦,食落去肉質彈牙~湯底方面,我地嗌左青檸椰奶雞湯,椰奶嘅香甜配合青檸嘅酸味好清新,真係好開胃!另外仲有好多熟食,例如炒粉絲、咖喱雞、焗粉炸物、沙嗲串!除咗主食,呢度仲有好多泰國小食同甜品,大推椰汁糕🥹好好味,一定要留肚食甜品!環境方面,泰金鍋嘅空間好闊落,適合朋友聚餐,服務人員態度都好好,好快手就清走晒啲吉碟~
