九龍灣工業區隱藏一間地道泰國菜館,裝潢走簡約泰式風格,燈光昏黃頗有異國情調。店內主打傳統泰北風味,菜式選擇豐富,其中炭燒豬頸肉絕對是鎮店之寶!每片切得厚薄均勻,外層焦脆帶炭香,咬下卻彈牙多汁,秘製醬汁以魚露、青檸調配,酸辣中透出香茅氣息,完美中和油膩感。份量慷慨,三人分享亦夠滿足,難怪每桌必點。然而海鮮類品質極不穩定,香辣炒花甲是重災區。兩次到訪均中伏:花甲肉質霉爛無彈性,醬汁掩蓋不了的腥餿味直衝鼻腔,明顯冷藏過久變質。更離譜是某次附送的空殼竟達三分之一,廚師處理敷衍可見一斑。友人點的泰式炸蝦餅亦踩雷——外皮油蒿味濃,蝦肉混雜可疑的冰晶顆粒,疑似翻熱急凍貨。若堅持想試海鮮,建議避開晚市(食材可能積存整天),或選擇午市套餐現炒類。經理透露青檸蒸烏頭較少滯銷,新鮮度稍穩,但價位偏高性價比成疑。整體而言,此店適合純粹追求濃味泰菜的食客:豬頸肉、火山排骨、芒果糯米飯俱在水準之上,但海鮮供應鏈明顯有嚴重漏洞。結帳時向店員反映花甲問題,對方僅冷淡回覆「下次早啲嚟食啦」,態度令人卻步。切記:來此專攻肉類,海鮮類請自求多福!
