To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去開官塘,到下午時間就去左APM搵食,但因為場內既大食街裝修緊冇野食,咁就周圍游,見到黎間泰國野,咁就膽粗粗試下,我跟餐叫左個海南雞飯,跟個米紙卷,先講講個雞,係人都知,海雞係浸出黎,做法近似低溫烹調,但都好講究,黎間做到肉質夠滑,夠入味,的確唔錯,合格。
