不得不記錄呢一個dish🍴連平日唔食魚嘅鐵飯腳都大讚鮟鱇魚嘅口感,鮮嫩得嚟帶點彈牙😋 欣賞設計呢度菜嘅心思,配上蒜泥蛋黃醬,好有智慧咁用上生蒜🧄 製造後勁微辣嘅效果,食食吓覺得越食越幾辣嘅時候🌶️ 又可以加上水波蛋一齊品嚐,中和番蒜嘅味道~
