今晚朋友介紹我去食法國餐,原本預算應該食兩三個鐘少不了,但這間法式餐廳既上菜算幾流暢,整餐飯吾算食咗好耐喎💖💖坐低未諗到食咩前,先嚟份法包蘸香滑牛油,又硬又軟既感覺,置身於很有氛圍的環境中🥖🥖跟著叫了份Smoked Sardines,煙燻沙旬魚都曾經食過,但用Ajoblanco西班牙白冷湯襯托,配上青提及Balsamic Vinegar醋汁份外開胃,又是另一番風味。🐟🐟之後點了份Chicken Liver Parfait,好濃郁法式雞肝味之餘,亦有Bacon醬香,同Croustillant伴著一齊食,滲出法國情懷既味道,放在脆麵包上值得慢慢品嚐。🐤🐤而主菜則叫了Rigatoni Carabineros,醬汁Lobster Bisque讓整碟扁意大利麵都充滿龍蝦香味,但3隻紅蝦才是主角啊!蝦頭已經好Juicy,蝦肉更係鮮味十足,配埋Roma Tomato既Base,真令人再三回味中🦐🦐最後甜品點了Profiterol,泡芙內既雪糕根本多到蓋不著,再加上鬆脆既杏仁片,全晚好味到很想下次再嚟食多餐呢~🍧🍧
