收工就要好好享受美食慰勞一下自己😂今次去咗 #l上環 呢間 🇫🇷法國菜 餐廳 Nissa la Bella ✨巴黎小酒館風嘅設計, 一步入餐廳會見到酒吧 位置, 再行入去就有更多用餐位置,深紅調木色嘅設計,牆上掛咗好多展示法國嘅黑白舊相片, 感覺好似去咗7、80年代嘅巴黎🤣另外啲Staff都好熱情,very nice ah💕🇫🇷今次簡單試左d 好有法國特色嘅菜式:🔸前菜Pissaladière自家製嘅麵包,配上焦糖洋蔥、橄欖、鯷魚,呢個味道有啲似我哋港式嘅豆豉鯪魚偏鹹的,好有趣!😍🔸前菜Haricots verts sautes扁豆沙律、堅果、生蘑菇、大蔥,呢個菜式我之前都未食過,大大條扁豆咬落好爽口,整體味道都係偏鹹,越食越開胃😂🔸前菜Carpaccio de thon再來一個新吞拿魚刺身,加左Chimichurri 香菜醬、青檸和炸酸豆, 味道有少少辣,鍾意食刺身嘅人唔好錯過呢個法式口味😋🔸主菜Joue de boeuf confite au vin rouge 🌟全晚嘅高潮就係呢一個慢煮嘅牛頰面肉,d 汁細濃稠,望落好似鏡面咁色澤好靚👍肉質係極軟腍又多汁!!肉嘅底層配香草薯蓉,質

全晚嘅高潮就係呢一個慢煮嘅牛頰面肉,d 汁細濃稠,望落好似鏡面咁色澤好靚👍肉質係極軟腍又多汁!!肉嘅底層配香草薯蓉,質感香滑😍本來都仲驚會餓, 但個之後已經飽飽。值得一讚嘅係會用暖碟上菜😍整體暖笠笠💕🥰

🔸甜品Pavlova aux Fruits de Saison 🌟
呢個甜品必試!頂層嘅蛋白餅超鬆脆,易咬仲"嗦嗦"聲,感覺應該係即叫即整的,仲有一球清甜椰子味嘅雪糕🍧,完全唔會覺的膩,再配埋香桃肉果醬,簡直不得了,冇諗過呢個組合可以咁夾!另外見到其他人點嘅甜品都好吸引厚實又大份, 嚟到一定要叫返份甜品試試呀!🤤
