有幾十年歷史嘅文華冰室舊店, 雖然唔可以話由細食到大, 但都總算係, 讀書年代夜晚danso 排完舞成日去食嘅冰室之一, 佢個時結業真係覺得好傷心, 我成日都去食佢嘅沙爹牛肉麵同埋 佢啲豉油煎蛋碟頭飯。而家知道佢畀翠華集團收購咗再重開, 今日終於去咗新文華冰室度試食, 7月1號回歸嘅星期六早上, 11點鐘只見餐廳門外有一條小人龍, 我一個人去大概等咗十分鐘到就有位。其實佢個餐單同舊嘅文華冰廳 冇太大分別, 都係嗰幾個麵餐同嗰啲碟頭飯為主, 最驚喜嘅係佢新開但係個價錢都keep住喺番舊文華冰廳嘅水平, 早餐都係30蚊左右我嚟嚟去去都係食開佢嘅沙茶牛肉麵餐, 故店重開,當然要試一試 返呢個經典嘅未到個水準。沙茶牛肉依然keep住以前個水準, 個醬汁調得好惹味, 牛肉薄薄一片但唔會太魯, 沙茶牛肉整體上嚟講都好juicy, 佢呢個沙茶牛肉無論食湯麵或者食碟頭飯都係送飯之選, 有呢個汁簡直係可以食多兩啖, 叫咗個湯粉嚟食,簡直好想將佢當堂咁成碗飲曬佢, 佢呢度個米粉比較幼身同軟滑, 而且唔會煮得太林, 以早餐唔使食咁飽嘅分量嚟講, 佢嘅份量剛剛好。厚多士亦係文華冰室嘅其中一個特色之一, 個煎蛋

成間店舖比較細間, 預咗繁忙時間同假期嚟食都要喺門口排一排隊, 我下次好想試埋佢呢度啲豉油汁煎蛋豬扒或雞翼嘅碟頭飯, 呢個碟頭飯嘅係我以前嘅最愛之一

沙茶牛肉麵早餐加埋凍檸茶凍飲都係35蚊, 新鋪開張價錢舆味道依舊,總算係一個小驚喜。
