方榮記嘅沙嗲湯底係久不久就會令人掛住。雖然而家已轉型到做遊客生意,但價錢亦可接受。而味道都仲keep到每次黎必點一定係沙嗲湯底同手切肥牛呢到嘅手切肥牛吸引之處係有口感亦有牛味,唔會好硬,咬成分鐘都未吞到。再黎就係一定要叫炸魚皮,呢到嘅炸魚皮唔同一般鋪頭個d。呢到係連魚骨都炸到脆仲有蠔、貢丸、豬紅、牛柏業、鳥冬都係必叫的。最鍾意呢到一坐底就會有一籃菜。只需40蚊。乜菜都有d唔洗咁悶。冷氣夠晒凍。服務亦好好。唔會因爲多客趕你走嘅感覺。
