你可有發現, 這店有多個名字 - "方榮記沙嗲生爐街坊小菜" / "方榮記沙嗲牛肉專家" / "方榮記" / "方榮記飯店" / "方榮記會所" ......提起方榮記會想起甚麼? 接駁了煤氣管的炭爐? 木筷子? 火鍋? 係沙嗲呀! 方榮記以沙嗲湯底聞名, 除了火鍋外, 亦可透過沙嗲牛肉麵一嚐其沙嗲湯底。沙嗲牛肉麵 $70何解一碗沙嗲牛肉麵可以賣$70一碗? 雖則我食完也未必知道, 但總想一試。沙嗲牛肉麵採用頂好大光麵, 麵爽, 即使長時間浸在湯內, 也未見發脹和腍。生菜索滿沙嗲湯汁, 有點邪惡。牛肉入口乾柴, 作為主角之一, 令人失望。至於另一主角沙嗲湯底, 的確濃稠, 花生味重, 入口不辣, 但after taste有少少辣, 略嫌油膩。 continue reading
