To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽聞這店很久, 卻因旺角店要大排長龍, 令我卻步 .得知深水埗開了新店, 心想要去一試 .環境 : 因我去的時間是5点 , 所以沒有太多人 座位我想要是人多, 應該都會逼.服務 : 一般 , 像舊式茶居的 , 不冷不熱 .豬潤腸 : 好食, 好薄 , 好滑!酥皮叉燒包 : 超好食! 裏面的餡料味道剛好 , 豐富, 不肥 !蝦餃 : 皮薄 , 好食 !陳皮牛肉 : ok !古式糯米雞 : 超唔ok lor ! 從未想過或見過糯米雞是這樣的, 裏面是多片豬肉片+ 一小段潤腸 + 一片冬菇 . 打開時, 我嚇了一跳 ! 古法是這樣的嗎 ? 蒸大腸 : 好味 ! 唔un !

酥皮叉燒包 : 超好食! 裏面的餡料味道剛好 , 豐富, 不肥 !

蝦餃 : 皮薄 , 好食 !

陳皮牛肉 : ok !
古式糯米雞 : 超唔ok lor ! 從未想過或見過糯米雞是這樣的, 裏面是多片豬肉片+ 一小段潤腸 + 一片冬菇 .
打開時, 我嚇了一跳 ! 古法是這樣的嗎 ?

蒸大腸 : 好味 ! 唔un !
