To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 堂食的服務質素堪稱時代廣場最差之選，一進場只感到女侍應們凌厲步法及用餐牌大聲拍近客户的奇怪對待，差不多吃完時先詢問一年長的女服務員取要求外賣食物盒，未有回應，走入廚房後再出來依然沒向需求回應，左耳入右耳作的不作可否，聽不到的扮工環節確湊巧，客人們的無可奈何只視若無睹，續向另一男性化的女服務員要求她拿外賣食物，大聲且無禮，要求外賣食物盒在安靜之餐廳內高聲彷如辱駡之回應，原來是連鎖餐飲待客之道~請人果然有要求，那出品好吃與否也「出名」了。
