To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近迷上了這車仔麫小店, 即使要在烈日下排隊半小時, 有冷氣等於無的環境下吃也在所不惜~每次皆點車仔麪個friend---油麪做膽, 搭檔為豬紅/豬腸/蘿蔔/魚餃/貢丸/多豬腸汁/少辣/1匙甜醬.豬紅: 夠爽夠滑夠入味豬腸: 少肥不靭又入味蘿蔔: 清甜無渣魚餃: 個子小小, 四海來貨, 水準保證貢丸: 大路貨色, 純個人偏好不能吃辣如我都忍不住來點辣汁, 只因將之加入後著實讓食味好上107倍!!! 哪管被這少東東辣得汗水鼻水眼水直留, 食材連湯均一併吃盡 (聞說蔡生光臨時吞下2碗辣汁也面不改容, 結論有二: 1/ 蔡生天生異品, 厲害! 2/ 以小店外買辣汁需付上$20, 蔡生今尚回本有凸, 店家就當宣傳費吧~).這碗一吃上癮的車仔麪, 就讓她做我食評的序幕!

豬紅: 夠爽夠滑夠入味
豬腸: 少肥不靭又入味
蘿蔔: 清甜無渣
魚餃: 個子小小, 四海來貨, 水準保證
貢丸: 大路貨色, 純個人偏好

不能吃辣如我都忍不住來點辣汁, 只因將之加入後著實讓食味好上107倍!!! 哪管被這少東東辣得汗水鼻水眼水直留, 食材連湯均一併吃盡 (聞說蔡生光臨時吞下2碗辣汁也面不改容, 結論有二: 1/ 蔡生天生異品, 厲害! 2/ 以小店外買辣汁需付上$20, 蔡生今尚回本有凸, 店家就當宣傳費吧~).
