To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 相信好人都聽過或者直頭去試過永年士多嘅車仔麵,曾經令好多追隨者粉絲們好失望,以為䇄立多年嘅永年士多要結業,最後裝修重開。上星期同朋友去食永年(午餐去,仲專登避開中學生同打工仔放飯時間),尋找返學生時期吃永年嘅感覺🤣,嗌完個三豬(豬紅豬皮豬腸)油麵加杯嘢飲,好快就搵到個靚位坐,永年其實最出名嘅唔係車仔麵,而係佢嗰種辣汁,好多人都為左吃佢個辣而來!甚至見過有啲唔怕辣嘅朋友仔叫佢落左一大pat辣汁喺面頭,見到都驚!價錢方面當然做唔返以前咁啦,但四五十蚊食到依啲美食都好難架啦,仲可以食埋嗰種懷舊風味!
