To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港人最喜歡一盅兩件,一盅是茶,因為粵式舊式茶樓用碗取代杯,而茶碗多是用上有茶蓋的,所以為一盅,加上兩籠點心,為港人的飲食傳統文化:飲茶。🍵今次去左米芝蓮推介點心及燒味的太湖飲茶。水滾茶靚係最基本要求但佢水是夠滾,但茶唔靚點心好食牛肉球新鮮。蜜糖脆蛋散,超脆,甜甜的,必叫。墨魚豆腐,墊底的滷水豆腐好味。肴肉加青瓜,好清爽。懷舊味的蘿蔔牛筋腩,必食推介👍🏻很惹味的沙薑雞腳。熱辣辣雪山叉燒包,雖然比較甜咗少少,但熱辣辣真係加晒分。薑汁九層糕,必食推介,好味。飲茶唔叫咸水角會有失落感。仲有叫左其他如蝦餃、燒賣,蝦🦐爽口彈牙,質素比點心鋪好,不過不失,保持水準。叫埋時蔬水餃,都算是幾多菜。蜆介鯪魚餅,蜆芥醬汁另上,有原粒蜆肉,但醬料太咸香。結賬:三人連茶芥,$540左右。
