七時到那家飯店, 食客不多環觀店內環境, 加上伙計親切的服務態度, 絕對有小小小時候中菜飯店的感覺, 令人懷念點了先$168半只雞+蒸魚, 新鮮雞配上雞肝雞腎還有幼滑的薑蔥, 不錯; 而蒸魚在水缸即撈, 普通, 問題豉汁不夠吸引, 吃蒸魚除了鮮豉汁都頗重要嘛!蒜香金沙骨($52), 抵吃之作, 份量適中, 蒜真的香, 旁邊的青椒和洋蔥不生不熟, 炒出香甜翠玉瓜炒豬頸肉($50), 這碟比較遜色, 因為太多油, 豬頸肉亦略久口感龍鬚帶子($70), 絕對好吃, 龍鬚香脆不油, 吃完一口又一口的龍鬚都不覺厭膩是用心之作! 不過有點失望, 因為我以為是原隻帶子, 與餐牌的相片有出入, 裡面應該帶子混入蝦雕成膠, 明顯蝦份量比帶子多, 吃不出預期的帶子味道最後會送上比酒樓甜品舖好吃的綠糖水四人飽到震
