To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這夜我們又到八月軒食晚飯,這次坐窗邊,就在H&M樓上。由於早,6:30pm未到,人客不多,很寧靜。但一到7時左右,全場滿座,氣氛也吵起來。我們3位,共點了:蒜香一口牛:很香牛肉味,肉嫩,好吃。琵琶豆腐:皮脆肉嫩,味道很好。客家黃酒煮雞:雞肉嫩,有酒香;不過汁太鹹了。上湯龍蝦伊麵:龍蝦肉算彈牙,但不夠鮮甜;伊麵一般而已。杏仁茶:不錯,很香杏仁味又不太甜。整體來說,水準一如大部分美心中菜般,穩定有信心。服務也算有禮合格。3位埋單不用$600,這個環境、食物和服務,算抵食。
