To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午時段,以為要排好耐隊,誰不知竟不用等便可以直接入座。太好了!😊點了幾道菜。小籠包(4隻)叫人好失望!個小籠未食,都沒有熱騰騰的感覺,而最重要是,未食之先,小籠包裡的汁已流走晒!所以到我夾同食的時候,個小籠包都乾乾的,完全沒有肉汁,十分之失望😞!*鮮蝦腐皮卷,香脆好食。*擔擔面,湯底味道只得一個「麻」字,湯底都不夠濃郁,都是失望,而面方面都太軟身,不彈牙,麻麻地。整個擔擔麵真的有點令人失望。*糖醋里脊肉配薄餅,肉太甜,洋蔥絲太多而且太生,只係簿餅夠簿,是唯一的亮點,主角都是失望囉。*百花煎釀三寶,好食😋又大件。*蝦餃,大隻正常。好食。不過,想講,這間都係老牌酒樓,可是,正常點心質素是正常!但,今次食的「北京」菜式都強差人意,出乎意料之外的差,而且價錢不是特別平。性價比好低。另外。由於不知什麼是「滷麵」,於是問了職員,但職員都說「不知道」,於是便點番「擔擔麵」。
