話說有次(約05年10月份)我及1位公司同事約左旺角朗豪酒店既banquet sales去睇場地...順便試佢地既中菜午餐(明閣)。在sales既推介下, 我地叫左1個例水(湯)幾種steam既點心...有蟹粉小籠包, 蝦餃, 叉燒酥等, 之後再叫左碟"蛋白炒帶子+海膽" 及"蒜蓉炸子雞" 正式名吾記得...甜品係楊枝甘露及杞子桂花糕。首先係侍應既service - 非常有禮, 照顧周到, 很professional地介紹佢地出名既菜色,及講解用料方面既資料..而且態度仲好友善添(remarks:吾知會吾會係客既關係要好service d? 無從稽考lor)食物方面- 個例水都ok (不過我覺得我亞媽煲既老火湯好味d )小籠包方面, 可能我地一路傾野一路食la..個包不但無汁...乾晒, 而且仲無咩蟹既鮮味...吾係好得!! 其他點心就一般la, 無咩特別。小菜方面, 個"蛋白炒"就吾得la,味道雖然ok, 但太杰身...好"溜" 食多啖都好飽既feel. 最後係隻雞就真係吾錯, d皮好脆, 吾肥, d肉就好滑...味道又啱啱好, 值得再食！甜品方面- 個楊枝甘露既賣相就麻麻lor,

甜品方面- 個楊枝甘露既賣相就麻麻lor, 個碗有d "甘露"跡既, 好似晨早裝定等賣敢...吾多得. 但味道就ok既.
而後上既杞子桂花糕就好得la..好清甜, d testure好似食jerry敢...又帶點杞子既微酸及桂花既清香...好好味呀.

總括黎講, 可能因佢既價錢貴la...我未必會再去. 但d食物都吾錯既. 有機會可以再去.
