To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇去百樂潮州食飯,見到市面情況好咗,所以一家大細去慶祝生日,諗住食一餐好嘅,仲叫埋佢嘅紅燒金山大鮑翅試下,我發覺佢地無論高級嘅魚翅或者普通嘅潮州菜,水準下降得好緊要,比起以前,真係食唔番嗰種味道,個經理仲好嘢,落錯單仲惡人先告狀,話我有冇食過自己知,不知所謂🤬🤬。其實大把潮州舖頭做得好過佢,我只係想食返童年嘅回憶,因為由細食到大,而家真係真係唔明點解可以屹立咁多年,性價比咁差,都有咁多人去食
