To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和家人慶祝端午節,因母親有優惠券所以來到這家店慶祝。點了6人套餐1780元,搞了優惠券只需1280實在划算。首先送了小吃花生和印尼薯片,有印尼薯片做小食實在很特別,而且非常香脆。頭盤為六福臨門拼盤,但味道只屬正常。之后的金湯蟹黃翅味道淡而無味實在非常失望。腰果炒帶子牛柳粒也很一般。牛柳粒非常硬,帶子也很少。反而荔枝沙律明蝦球是最好的一道菜。蝦球非常大,配上沙律醬和荔枝味道很特別。龍躉兩味是第二道我最愛的菜。龍躉肉非常多,肥大嫩滑,魚肉鮮味。這道菜實在值得推薦。瑤柱竹笙泡清蔬和芝麻雞味道中規中矩不過不失。荷葉飯配料不多,蝦肉很少。反而最驚喜的是甜品。金絲糖蛋條實在非常香口,配上糖漿,小孩子絕對喜歡吃。整體這個6人餐有我喜歡吃的小菜。亦有做的一般的,水準比較參差。說是米芝蓮推薦餐廳實在有點言過其實。
