To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完浸會醫院,本諗住出返旺角先食飯,但原來附近有個小商場,有幾間餐廳。入到間茶記覺得幾懷舊(但paradoxically 又幾新淨),先知原來亦係金記出品,屬於坐得舒服嘅茶記。我和朋友一人點一菜,本想叫沙薑雞但賣哂,轉左菜膽雞。幾滑,冇乜味精,清清地唔錯。朋友嘅diet需要高蛋白質,迎合佢要求今餐多少少肉,搏一搏試下新嘢,點咗個可樂豬扒煲。雖然味道濃咗丁多,但勝在有大排檔風味,鍾意食配料嘅朋友會有驚喜,入饌食材有茄子、冬菇等,對我嚟講都幾新鮮。
