To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自選丼飯 $85 配料差唔多有30款選擇,最少要揀3款,而每款可以2份起計,飯底就另計$10碗。 揀左三文魚腩、池魚王、劍魚腩、蔥吞拿魚腩同珍寶帶子,好想食拖羅,可惜當日未返貨,無緣食到了。

三文魚腩帶油脂香,入口柔軟,而且都幾厚切下。 池魚王味道甘香鮮美,油潤豐腴黏滿口腔,不錯。 劍魚腩呈奶白色,柔軟油潤,充滿魚脂香。 珍寶帶子名符其實大大粒,非常肥美,而且厚身,口感一流,叫人滿足。 美中不足的是蔥吞拿魚腩就乾身左小小。 壽司飯份量都幾多,軟硬度適中,比起切粒既魚生飯,呢碗刺身丼飯叫人好滿足。

炸蝦天婦羅 $42/6隻 雖然炸蝦唔算大隻,不過隻隻都炸到金黃,炸漿又唔算厚,脆口又香口,蝦肉都幾彈牙,點埋蘿蔔蓉醋汁,好食。

店方有一大壺水同茶供應,不過天氣實在太熱,額外叫左兩支冰凍既日本飲品:日本靜岡綠茶可樂$20、日本靜岡蜜瓜梳打$22。前者偏綠茶味多點,而後者充滿香甜蜜瓜味,好飲!
