Restaurant: Chong Fat Chiu Chow Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 三個人去食晚飯叫左:燻鴨($50):好味,肉有彈性,有鴨味,醃料入味,同蒜蓉醋一齊食仲正涼瓜煎蛋($45):涼瓜唔會過生,蛋煎得剛好,很香口紅炆鵝掌($?):唔知點解會加左辣椒搞到變左好辣…伴菜冬菇又厚又入味春菜($40):幾好食,不過要送飯食,最尾食剩左d…反砂芋($?):好好味呀,初頭以為會好漏啦,點知好鬆化好香,上面d糖口岩口岩好,唔會太甜,正!順帶一提,我覺得呢度d侍應態度都幾好呀,都幾有禮貌呀,唔覺有問題呀
