To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經常說食中式點心的話,要不是食小型點心店,就是傳統老字號酒樓,一般酒樓幾乎不會去。見未食過翠亨村,週末去了這家中產老字號酒樓一趟。用中產形容這裡絕對合適,枱與枱之間不迫,顧客都是斯斯文文,不會覺得吵。看看餐牌,點心大概40元以上。潮式蠔仔粥蠔仔數量不算多但大粒味鮮,用上已調味的瘦肉,加少許柴魚令粥很香。海皇菜苗餃蝦及菜苗包得滿滿,食物亦算新鮮,可惜餃皮太淋太黏,很易夾破,點心功夫稍遜。上海素菜包外表平平無奇的素菜包,咬了一口帶來驚喜。菜是剛蒸好的新鮮,並不是蒸到變黃的那種,而且加了木耳絲,更加爽口。蜜汁叉燒腸多叉燒少肥肉,叉燒燒得挺香。上海小籠包表面蒸得有點乾,不過豬肉餡入口鬆化,肉汁份量適中。食物及服務整體質素固然高,全反映在價格上,感覺定價稍高了些。
