To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

👨🏻‍🍳食物：今晚點咗個二人套餐，另外單點田螺，果然冇令我失望，大大隻田螺，勁多香草牛油汁，如果薯蓉多少少更好，吸收晒成個香草汁。二人套餐頭盤揀左美式黃金蟹餅，切開見到一疏疏嘅蟹肉。分別點咗一個熱湯一個凍湯。西班牙蕃茄涷湯，清新開胃。椰菜花忌廉湯，清清地配三款外脆內軟嘅麵包配牛油同士多啤梨果醬。主菜分別有美國西冷牛扒及加拿大海膽龍蝦汁大蝦意粉。海膽鮮甜，龍蝦汁入味, 意粉有嚼勁。西冷牛扒叫medium rare 比較生，叫六成至七成熟少少比較好。甜品窩夫配士多啤梨雪糕，窩夫非常酥軟，雪糕唔太甜，唔會太腻。加$15轉涷牛奶朱古力，好味抵飲！值得一讚所有菜式味道均衡，唔會太濃味，保持原材料嘅味道。 🏙環境：餐廳內走水泥工業風格，門口有個打卡位，等位時可以打下卡。💰價錢：晚餐$300-$400/位😋抵食 : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
