Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友行完街,當然就係要搵個好地方坐下醫肚。今次試左呢間係諾士佛臺嘅樓上日式料理餐廳。一上到去同樓下酒吧形成強烈對比,無論燈光,裝潢定播緊嘅BGM,氣氛格調都好warm好惦靜,好放鬆。而上每道菜嘅時候,侍應都會稍稍解釋,同建議一下點食最好。好親切!我哋試左:- 軟殼蟹沙律加上店家特調和風dressing,無凍到冰咁,或者成啖水咁上碟嘅沙律菜,非常清新舒服,欣賞!而軟殼蟹勁大舊,好正。- 炸蟹肉忌廉球熱辣辣上菜,入面超多涵,調味掌控剛剛好,完全無太膩嘅感覺,同酒非常配搭!- 螺片刺身冷盤店家推介左呢款時令刺身。每塊都好爽口,完全無腥味,好新鮮。而且有好多塊,正。- 炙燒鯛魚刺身店員推介唔好加檸檬汁住,先吃原味。真係好驚艷!個種新鮮微咸味,加上魚本身的鮮甜,又厚身,讚!- 串燒拼盤有經典雞牛,大蔥串燒。最特別係魷魚軟骨串,好嚼口好爽,值得試!而東洋卷同壽司都好正!每杯飲品都好特式,店員要特別強調每杯要及店家手調,唔係買果汁溝!真心推介!
